By engaging JFM Surface Inc for forestry and pest control services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

JFM Surface Inc provides professional forestry and pest control services including:

  • Forest pest identification and control
  • Tree health assessment and monitoring
  • Forest management consultation
  • Emergency response services
  • Preventive treatment programs

3. Service Agreements

All services are provided under written agreements that specify the scope of work, timeline, costs, and specific terms. Service agreements must be signed by both parties before work begins. Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

  • Consultation fees are due upon completion of assessment
  • Service payments are due within 30 days of invoice date
  • Emergency services may require immediate payment
  • Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in service agreements

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about property and pest issues
  • Ensuring safe access to treatment areas
  • Obtaining necessary permits or approvals
  • Following post-treatment care instructions
  • Notifying us of any changes in property conditions

6. Warranties and Guarantees

We guarantee our work according to industry standards and specific terms outlined in service agreements. Warranties are void if clients fail to follow recommended maintenance or if environmental conditions change significantly after treatment.

7. Limitation of Liability

JFM Surface Inc's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for services.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or other acts of God.

9. Environmental Compliance

All services are performed in compliance with applicable environmental regulations. Clients are responsible for ensuring any required environmental permits are obtained before service begins.

10. Cancellation Policy

Services may be cancelled with 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may incur charges for preparation and scheduling costs. Emergency services cannot be cancelled once technicians are dispatched.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, in accordance with Florida law.

12. Modifications

These terms may be modified at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
